DART Motorsport are professional kart engine builders who run their own race series and have developed their own racing kart engine – the FQ250.
Tommi at DART Motorsport got in contact with me about bring his current logo up to date. We retained the main ‘DART’ text but I completely overhauled the ‘Motorsport’ text in a custom typeface that would match, and sit well underneath the main text. After that we went on to create a logo for his race series ‘DART Racing’, I used the same custom typeface but this time incorporated a 4 into the word racing as the engine is 4 stroke. In addition I designed a name plate for his FQ250 race engine.
After the logos were a hit with his clients he then came back from some A6 flyers. He sent me some images of his new kart livery and off that I designed the background for the flyers and added some basic information and a call to action.
